Paradigm Senior Living | Lee E. Cory, President. Lee’s experience includes more than 30 years in senior level management and in executive positions with nationally recognized owners, developers, and operators of senior living communities.
Since 1983, Mr. Cory has maintained a focus on related senior housing programs such as continuing care retirement communities (CCRC’s), congregate care and assisted living communities, and Alzheimer’s Care communities throughout the western United States.
Lee earned a BS from Michigan State University in 1979, spent several years in hotel and restaurant management.
He frequently speaks about operations, marketing, and staff development for national and regional groups, including the National Association for Senior Living Industries (NASLI), Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), and the American Seniors Housing Association.
Lee authored the Operation’s Chapter of the Assisted Living Manual published by ALFA, and he is a contributing author of Housing For Seniors: Developing Successful Projects, a publication of the Urban Land Institute. His articles have also appeared in the Journal of Property Management, Assisted Living Today, Contemporary Long Term Care, and Retirement Community Business.
