How does employee leasing work?
Your organization becomes a client with an employee leasing company, such as Paradigm Senior Living, which is often referred to as a professional employer organization (PEO). The PEO then becomes the co-employer of those business´ employees.

Through this arrangement, the Paradigm Senior Living takes on the responsibilities of handling the client's payroll, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, medical benefits, payroll taxes and other employer-related issues.

As the client, you still maintain control of staffing (hiring and firing), day-to-day on-site supervision and the daily operations of business.
