Predevelopment work has been completed, paving the way for 2009-2010 project starts in Lafayette and Erie Colorado. Both in Boulder County, The Lafayette, in Lafayette and Providence at Erie, are 90 and 176 unit communities respectively. The communities will feature Cottages and/or town homes, Independent and Assisted Apartments and a secured memory care wing.
